Renovated Cabins & Views
The farm stay offers recently renovated cabins with mountain views. Each unit has a fireplace, private bathroom, barbecue, tea and coffee maker, and a seating area. Some include a hot tub, pool views, kitchenettes, and outdoor furniture. The Rheboksvlakte and Montana Vista cottages provide a secluded setting with no cell reception or WiFi in the cabins.
Self-Catering & Supplies
All accommodations are self-catering. The cabins come equipped with kitchenware, a stovetop, refrigerator, dining table, and a sofa bed. A farm shop on site sells venison, steaks, and a few other items. Guests should bring their own coffee and plan meals around gas and solar-powered facilities.
Hiking, Cycling, & Trails
Guests can hike or cycle on well-marked trails. Hiking trails include the Seattle trail (4 hours) and others. 4x4 and mountain bike routes are available on site. There is also a rock climbing wall.
Near Aquila & Scenic Valley
The reserve is located in Zout Kuil, 38 km from Aquila Private Game Reserve and 39 km from Kleinstraat Railway Station. It offers a view of the valley and a locked gate for privacy. Cape Town International Airport is 196 km away. The dirt roads on property require a high-clearance vehicle.
